1. Agreement
By accessing or using the Christmas in Surrey website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Christmas in Surrey / Mary Hammond and may not be reproduced without written permission.
3. Tickets
Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation of the exhibition by the organisers. Ticket terms will be published in full when tickets go on sale.
4. Exhibitor agreements
Exhibitors who are accepted will be asked to sign a separate exhibitor agreement covering stand terms, payment, cancellation, and conduct. Application does not guarantee acceptance.
5. Liability
Christmas in Surrey and its organisers accept no liability for loss, damage, or injury sustained at the event beyond what is required by law. Visitors and exhibitors attend at their own risk.
